I really enjoyed the place, everything was first-class. My room was extremely pleasant with the decor respects the historic bones of the large house, light music plus balcony, it accommodated me perfectly. Hair dryers, guest toiletries, and robes were available there...

Lovely tree-lined street views, small lift, in-room snacks, proper coffee machine, bath bomb. Helpful hosts. Great location near shops and restaurants.
Felt like our own home, super accommodating hosts, nothing too much trouble.

This place is a charming boutique hotel with friendly staff. the location is fantastic, right in the city center and a short stroll to New World Victoria Park. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. Everything was just wonderful and couldn't ask for more! ❤️🙂

The rooms here are nicely styled with comfortable down and hypo-allergenic pillows, and the location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Ponsonby Central and Ponsonby with a beautiful view of the sea from the window.

Spending Christmas at this lovely property was a treat! the hosts were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. the location was superb, with easy access to restaurants and shops, and a short walk to key points of interest.
